90th Anniversary Charity Golf Day

We’re delighted to announce that we will be holding a BALPPA 90th Anniversary Charity Golf Day on Monday 18th May, in aid of the Chair’s Charities; Young Lives vs Cancer and The Cancer Club.

The day will take place at the beautiful Pyrford Lakes Golf Club. The event will kick off at 10am with coffee and bacon rolls, followed by a lively Texas Scramble team competition where golfers of all skill levels are welcome to participate.

The cost to attend is £75 plus VAT per person and includes coffee and bacon roll, 18 holes of golf, prizes and a donation the the Chair’s Charities. Confirm your place by completing the form below. Booking closes on 1st May 2026.

The Chair’s Charities

Young Lives vs Cancer is the only charity in the UK with specialist social workers who provide tailored support to children and young people with cancer, and their families. They know everyone’s different and work hard to provide support that’s easy to access and meets individual needs, from helping families navigate the emotional and practical impact of cancer to removing barriers and solving problems that come with a diagnosis. 

The Cancer Club‘s mission is to get men talking by taking them to a variety of sporting events where they can connect over common experiences and gain emotional support from others ‘in the same boat’.  They also want to provide an outlet to escape the everyday grind created by cancer, bringing some light-hearted relief and enjoyment to the lives of those living with a difficult diagnosis.
